1 Aidan Stone
Aidan is into all sports but not golf! He would like to seek a career as a PE Teacher and cites Jack Butland and Joe Hart as his idols. Hereford United FC is the best ground he has played at.
2 Jean Luc Ramdin
Jean Luc follows Tennis, Boxing and Athletics and would like to be a professional Footballer like his idol Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Best ground played at: Portuguese National Stadium!
3 James O'Halloran
If James can't follow his idol Cristiano Ronaldo and become a professional footballer then he would like to become a Foreign Exchange Dealer. Likes Rugby and Galic Football. Favourite stadium played at PSG!
4 Shahban Mohammed
Shahban loves his Basketball and would like to become an engineer. Lukas Modric is his favourite player and the best ground he has played at is Hartlepool United FC
5 Dan Bayliss
Dan would like a sports related career preferably in football and likes Rugby too. Toby Alderweireld is his favourite player and Birmingham City FC is the best ground he has played at.

Position : Midfield.

Born : 03 April 1999.
Jordan would like to be a footballer like his favourite player Ronaldinho. Failing that he would like to be a Physiotherapist. The best ground he has played at is Portsmouth FC. Away from football he follows Basketball and Rugby
7 Max Watters
Max is a keen Golfer and cites Frank Lampard and Cristiano Ronaldo as his favourite footballers and would like a career as a professional footballer or Coach. Best ground played at Leicester City FC.
8 Jack Cooper
Jack would like a career in Football or Coaching and likes Basketball too. Kevin De Bruyne is his favourite player and Grimsby Town FC is the best ground he has played at.
9 Frank Arhin
Frank shares a common connection with his idol David Silva, in that they have both played at Man City Training Ground. He hopes to emulate Silva by becoming a professional footballer. Away from football Frank loves to play golf.
10 Connor Short
Conner would like to be a professional footballer like Lionel Messi! Middlesbrough FC is the best ground he has played at. He loves his tennis too.
11 Daniel Barlow
Daniel is a keen boxing fan and would pull no punches for a career in Marketing! Alexis Sanchez is his favourite player and Tamworth FC is the best ground he has played at.
12 Jordan Staten
Jordan is into Cricket and Rugby and his favourite player is Sergio Ramos. After completing his education he would like to be a Performance Analyst. The best ground played at is Doncaster Rovers FC.
14 Kingsford Adjei
Kingsford is into Basketball and would like to be a professional footballer like his hero Neymar Jr. Failing that he would like to be a Sports Coach. Man City Training Ground is the best ground he has played at.
15 Henry Watson
Henry is into all sports and likes his Golf. Sergio Ramos is his favourite player and West Ham Utd FC is the best ground he has played at.
16 Jack Butler
Jack is a keen Tennis fan and loves his Athletics too. His favourite player is Hatem Ben Arfa and the best ground played at is Sunderland FC Academy.
20 Max Harris
Max is a keen sports fan who likes Cricket and Athletics and would like to be a professional footballer. Ter Stegen is his favourite player. Birmingham City FC is the best ground played at.

Mr Benedict Lavelle
Position : Team Manager.
Current School : Aspire Academy Blackpool, Lancashire.
Ben is Director of Expressive Arts at Aspire Academy, Blackpool and Under 15 football coach at Blackpool FC Academy.
He was released as a player from Blackpool at 16, where he then attended University and played for the English and British Universities teams. He started his teaching career in 1985 and during this time has played for Morecambe FC, for eight years, winning promotion to the Conference, then played for Lancaster City, Accrington Stanley, Bamber Bridge and Kirkham FC.
Ben has been involved with coaching schools' football in Lancashire since 1998 and was invited to join the ESFA coaching group in 1999 and attained his UEFA A coaching licence in 2015. He has been Lancashire Schools' FA coach for the past 14 years, winning the National U16 Inter Counties Competition in 2013 with his son Sam Lavelle (currently captain of Bolton Wanderers U23 team) scoring the winning penalty v Greater Manchester.
Ben was appointed ESFA Assistant Manager in 2014, and became ESFA Team Manager in 2016 after a successful 2015-2016 campaign that saw England U18's win the Centenary Shield.
Ben is married to Andrea and has two children, Sam aged 20 and May aged 22.
Mr Richard Alderson
Position : Assistant Team Manager.
Current School : Northfield Sports College, Cleveland.
Richy is Cleveland County Schools' FA Team Manager and holds a UEFA A Licensed Coach and has taught PE for 12 years at Northfield School and Sports College, a 11-16 Secondary School with over 1400 pupils in Billingham, Cleveland.
Richy's involvement in football started at the age of 10 with Newcastle United FC, playing for the Youth and Reserve teams until he was released by Kevin Keegan aged 18. During his youth Richy has played for U15 Durham County Schools and attended the England U15 Schoolboy trials.
As a professional, Richy has played for York City FC for one season and has played semi professional in the Unibond League playing for Spennymoor United FC for four seasons and Gateshead United FC for four seasons. He also had brief spells at Blyth Spartans FC and Whitby Town FC.
Richy passed the UEFA B coaching licence in 2002 and the UEFA A advanced coaching licence in 2016 and has managed the Cleveland County Schools' U18 team for the last 11 years, winning the Northern Counties trophy and has also reached the final of the ESFA Inter County national trophy. Richy has also worked at Middlesbrough FC Academy coaching the Under 10's and Newcastle United FC Academy Under 12's.
Richy has a wide variety of FA coaching qualifications such as psychology, fitness and youth awards and has coached with the ESFA for the last 11 years at the Summer Elite Training courses and managed teams at various trial games.
He started his Assistant Manager role with the ESFA U18 national team in October 2016 and loves every minute working with the ESFA!
Mr Mathew George
Position : Goalkeeper Coach.
Current School : Truro and Penwith College, Cornwall.
Matt is the Cornwall Schools' FA Youth Goalkeeping Coach and holds a UEFA B Coaching Licence and FA Goalkeeping B License which he obtained in 2010.
Matt started coaching at 17 after attaining his FA Level 1 badge, then passed FA Level 2 badge while at University, aged 21. In 2008 he obtained his FA Level 3 / UEFA B licence.
Matt's current coaching roles include: Cornwall FA Girls Advanced Coaching Centre GK Coach, FA Girls SW Regional GK Coach as well as Senior GK coach at various SW Peninsula league clubs (step 6) in USA since 2005. Previously held a position as goalkeeper coach to Great Britain Deaf U21s. Matt is also a FA GK Tutor and delivers FA Level 1 and 2 GK courses.
Matt cites his greatest (and proudest) coaching achievement to date being appointed ESFA U18 GK coach for Season 2016-2017. His ambition is to gain a GK A License, be successful with ESFA and gain full time employment as GK Coach in professional football.
Mr Anthony Harris
Position : Sports Therapist.
Current School : Greenmount Primary School, Isle of Wight.
Tony is a qualified FA coach and sports therapist and holds the FA Diploma in the treatment and management of Sports Injuries. He has worked with Portsmouth FC, AFC Bournemouth CST, Newport IW FC and the Isle of Wight Island Games team.
Tony is also the co-author of a football fitness book entitled
He is currently working as a School Games Organiser and PE teacher at Greenmount Primary School on the Isle of Wight.
Mr James Kelly
Position : Performance Coach.
Jimmy is the Jersey FA Performance Coach and is the newest member of our coaching team, having worked with the players in preparation for the upcoming season. Jimmy has a wide range of performance related skills including psychology, team building, resilience, mental toughness and elite preparation.
While balancing a successful career in the finance industry, Jimmy will work with our U18 players to ensure they are in the best psychological state possible to compete at International level.
