Online affiliation now available

County and District Schools’ FAs can now affiliate online for Season 2008-09 by going to www.esfa.co.uk/associations
The deadline for receiving Affiliation Forms and Competition Entry Forms has been extended to Friday 20 June 2008.
Association Secretaries have been sent unique confidential passwords to allow them to access the secure area. This password can be changed to a more memorable one upon logging in.
The procedure for affiliating online is:
- Login using Affiliation Number and Password
- Complete the online Affiliation Form
- Post cheque to ESFA HQ
- ESFA HQ will then complete the affiliation process upon receipt of payment and forward an email to the Association Secretary confirming that this has been done
