Statement: Plymouth v Blackheath

Following incidents which took place during and after the ESFA U15 Trophy semi-final the cases against both the Plymouth and Blackheath Associations have now been completed. Blackheath SFA was charged with “Failure to observe FA Rule E20 by failing to control players and officials thereby causing the game to be abandoned”. Following a personal hearing, the charge was found proven. Schools in Blackheath and the District Association Representative teams have had their ESFA membership withdrawn for 12 months. Plymouth SFA was charged with “Failure to observe FA Rule E20 by failing to control spectators thereby causing the game to be abandoned”. The Plymouth District Association teams have had their ESFA membership withdrawn for 12 months.

Both Associations have had these punishments suspended for a period of 2 years.
