School Login Procedure
Step 1:
Click the Login button in the right margin.
Step 2:
Login form Loads...
Step 3:
Login form ready for you to enter your ESFA Number and Password.
Step 4:
Enter your ESFA Number (5 digits) and Password into the required fields, then click [OK] to login.
Step 5: Successful Login
School Home is page displayed.
Failed Login
If a successful login was not achieved, then one the following ERROR messages will be displayed once the [OK] button on the Login Form (Step 4) has been clicked.
Step 5: Login Failed
Message reports your login attempt was unsuccessful.
Here the Login password can be emailed to a specific Member of Staff, by selecting the required Staff Member from the Contact list and clicking [Send].
NOTE: Only Members of Staff who have successfully verified their email addresses with this website are displayed in the contact list.
Step 5: Login Failed
Message reports your login attempt was unsuccessful.
You don't have the option to email the password to a Member of Staff because:
- Your School has not registered any Members of Staff overseeing Schools' football at your school.
- None of your registered Staff Members have verified their email addresses.
Step 5: Login Failed - Account Suspended
Message reports your login attempt was unsuccessful.
The School ID and Password is correct, but the ESFA Office has suspended your account and prevented you from logging in.
Please contact the ESFA Office if you get this message.
Having Problems Logging In?
Which of the FIVE Steps listed above are you not seeing?
For example:
Do you see Steps 1 to 4, but on clicking [OK] on the login form, nothing happens, just a page refresh and your back to Step 1 - with NO Step 5 error message shown?
If you are not seeing the steps as they are shown above, then it may be easier to send a screen grab of what you are seeing.
To take a screen grab:
PC Users
- Press [Print Screen] Button, normally located above the [Insert] button on the keyboard
- Open MS Word
- Create a new Document
- Press [CTRL]+[V] keys to paste in your screen grab.
- Save your document to the desktop.
- Close MS Word.
Mac Users
- Press [SHIFT]+[COMMAND]+[3] keys on the keyboard.
- The captured screen is then saved as a file to your desktop, titled "picture #"
All Users
- With your screen grab saved to your desktop
- Open your preferred email application
(e.g. Outlook, iMail, Thunderbird etc) - Create a new email
- Attach to your email the screen grab saved to your desk top
- Identify in the email which Step (1 to 5) the screen grab depicts
- Send your email to darren.alcock@schoolsfa.com
