Today the English Schools' FA has officially released the draws for the following competitions:

Royal Air Force U16 Schools' Cup for Boys (Year 11 only)

Royal Air Force U16 Schools' Cup for Girls (Years 10 & 11 only)

Each competition is the last 64 teams nationally and is made up of nominations submitted by 44 County Schools' Football Associations from across the country. The larger counties have been allocated two entries in the draw and the smaller counties have been allocated one entry.

Weston Park School (Hants CSFA)
lift last season's RAF Cup for Boys

Both of last season's finals were held on the same day at Selhurst Park home to Crystal Palace Football Club on Tuesday 10 May 2005. The Boys' final was won by Weston Park School (Hampshire) after they defeated Montgomery School (Lancashire) 3-0 thanks to a hat-trick from striker Sam James.

Frome Community College (Somerset)
lift last season's RAF Cup for Girls

The Girls' final was won by Frome Community College (Somerset) after they beat Rivington & Blackrod School (Greater Manchester) 3-2 after extra time. The game was refereed by the RAF's Darren Drysdale, a Football League official.

As last season, Semi-Final matches in both competitions will be held at RAF Cosford. The boys' matches will take place on Wednesday 15 March and the girls' matches will take place on Thursday 16 March.
